Meet Mike Mitchell

Mike Mitchell is a proven Republican leader, conservative businessman, and dedicated public servant who has spent his life serving his community and delivering results.

Mike has been married to his wife, Elisha, for 45 years and is a proud father and grandfather. He is a Christian who raised his family on a working farm, where he learned the values of hard work, faith, and responsibility.

A retired small business owner, Mike operated a family contracting company for more than three decades. He also brings experience in emergency management, working closely with government agencies on planning and budgeting.

As a leader in Kentucky, Mike currently serves as Chairman of the Kentucky Coal and Mineral Coalition and holds key roles in statewide and local organizations.

In office, Mike has delivered real results. He expanded infrastructure, improved roads, increased access to clean water, and secured millions in funding for economic development, public safety, and community projects. He grew the county budget responsibly while cutting taxes and supporting seniors.
